We enjoyed observing the monkeys outside our window, which added a fun twist to our family trip. Although we had to drive a bit to find food options and the breakfast quality could use improvement, the overall vibe was relaxing, and we appreciated having our little space to come back to after adventures. Plus, the quiet atmosphere was great for the kids to rest.

Waking up to see playful monkeys just outside our window was a delightful surprise that brought joy to our mornings. The jungle ambiance truly enhanced our vacation experience.

However, we faced some discomfort due to the humidity in the rooms, which led to a persistent odor. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite basic and could use improvement.

The beautifully maintained gardens, the attentive staff, the large room with modern amenities was absolutely grewt.

staying at terasu riviera maya hotel & spa, en xcaret was fantastic! the deluxe king room was super cozy with large picture windows, and the self check-in was a breeze. the location is perfect, just a short drive from xcaret park entrance and close to the cancun-tulum highway. the breakfast was amazing, with delicious options and the occasional visit from playful spider monkeys!
